Test locations for passengers departing from India

GUIDELINES FOR REQUIRENMENT OF RT-PCR TEST REPORT WITH QR CODE FOR TRAVEL EX INDIA

In compliance with the guidelines issued by The Ministry of Civil Aviation India, for international departures ex India effective 22nd May 2021, passengers travelling with negative RT-PCR report are required to carry the test report with a QR code. This is a mandatory requirement and non-compliance will lead to denied boarding.

RT-PCR TESTING FACILITY AT INDIA AIRPORTS:

Passengers who wish to undertake the RT-PCR test before departure at Mumbai airport, please note the testing centre is relocated to Multi Level Car Parking, West Level P9 effective 2000hrs ; 20th April 2021.

RAPID ANTIGEN TEST

For departures ex India, KLM has made arrangements with the testing centers at the airport for the administration of the RAPID ANTIGEN TEST. Testing centres are located at DEPARTURE LEVEL.

  • Indira Gandhi International Airport(IGIA) - DELHI: “ GARUDA” located at T3 departures, Forecourt opposite gate no. 2
  • Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) MUMBAI: Testing centre by Lifenity is located at gate 2 & 3
  • Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (KIAB) BENGALURU: Auriga Centre

Customers who wish to undertake the COVID-19 NAAT (PCR) tests at the airport before departure are required to plan accordingly. Testing and receiving results in the current circumstances could take longer than usual. Testing & receiving test results at Delhi Airport could take 6 hours or more. For information on current timelines applicable for Mumbai, you are requested to directly check the latest information via  https://csmia.aero/traveller.aspx In the current scenario due increased demand for COVID-19 NAAT (PCR) tests, all customers are personally responsible to check latest information on timelines via above links. 

Check-in will be permitted only after obtaining the test results.  In order to pre-register and arrange prior appointments, passengers are required to contact the centres at the airport directly. Cost of all tests are to be borne by the passengers.
